Our service begins with the excellent service we receive through our affiliation with all our suppliers, partners, employees and customers. Beginning with our raw goods, we inventory over 1000 line items and maintain material turnover through PeachTree Complete Accounting by Sage Software.

Most of our metals are available for delivery to our door five days a week, next day. The exotic metals such as brass, bronze, stainless steel, aluminum require three to five days. We also inventory fasteners and finishes. 

Our metals are stored to allow convenient flow through our in house processes.  These processes begin with two cold saw lines, two horizontal band saw lines and an iron worker line.

Beyond this area flow continues to two metal shears, the smaller handles sheet metal up to 1/8 inch thick x 6 feet long. The large shear is capable of cutting ½ inch plate 10 feet long. We also have two metal breaks in house that handle sheet and plate up to 3/16" thick X 8' between the bed.

Structural shapes are roll formed with our pyramid style roll former or draw bender.

Once we size and form the pieces they move into our machine shop for any required drilling and tapping with capacities to two inch on our auto feed drill press.

Any turning requirements are accomplished using our lathe or milling machines.

We can supply custom cut designs using your cad drawing or reverse engineered from original parts.  This service is provided by our partner company utilizing automated laser cutting machines, one of which  works on three axis (i.e. a design can be cut on a pipe) and plate two inches thick is cut our automated plasma table. After the parts are processed they move to one of our assembly areas for fabrication and prep for finishing by our skilled technicians.

Welding process include stick, tig, mig, oxy/acetylene brazing and soldering.
We have an array of hand tools required to do the job right and are able to polish metals to a mirror finish.

Metal is the heart of our business and usually incorporated into wooden as well synthetic architectural components such as functional wooden gates. The metal supplies the backbone to carry the wood and keep it straight and true ensuring a beautiful piece for the life of the cladding material.
